Vice president of DGA Builders, LLC, in Pittsford, New York, Tony DiTucci donates to many charitable organizations and health foundations. With the goal of enriching the lives of young people, Tony DiTucci donates to Students for Liberty, an organization dedicated to empowering young people to speak their minds and stand up for their rights.
Beginning with a few young leaders in 2008, Students for Liberty has become an international organization encouraging people from all walks of life to speak freely and have healthy debates and discussions regarding economic, social, and educational policies. Currently, over 1,400 students from 40 countries are participating in these important discussions and programs.
This year, Students for Liberty began the Speak Freely program, which seeks to make college campuses more open to free speech and the exchange of ideas without restrictive speech codes and tone policing. Recognizing that it is important to consider opinions outside of one’s own bubble, the program is looking for students to promote this message by applying for activism grants, and using such grants to invite guest speakers, host open mic nights, and sponsor other open-minded possibilities.
